General questions

What’s the difference between Lumr Academy and Lumr Labs?

Lumr Academy is training: programs and masterclasses that help you and your team use AI in your work. Lumr Labs is implementation: we build custom automations and tools for your business. You can use either, or both.

Which training program is right for me?
Do I need any technical skills for the training programs?

No. They’re designed for people who want to use AI in their work, not people who already work in tech.

Are the training programs online or in person?

Most training runs online. AI for Leaders can also run in person by arrangement, and we offer in-person team training for companies.

How do I pay for a training program?

Bookings and payments happen on the booking page linked from each program. That provider’s terms apply. [I NEED TO ADD: booking links]

What is your cancellation policy?

[I NEED TO ADD: your cancellation and refund terms]

Can you build AI tools for my company?

Yes. Lumr Labs builds automations and tools around how your team works. You don’t need to do any training first. Explore Lumr Labs

What is a masterclass?

One focused, 90-minute session on a single topic. Each one is a module from AI for SMBs, run on its own.

Is the first one free?

Your first masterclass is offered at no cost, so you can see how we teach before choosing a full program.

Can I join the full program afterwards?

Yes. Masterclasses are a simple way to start before signing up for the full program.

AI for Leaders

About AI for Leaders
Is this a generic AI course?

No. It’s built specifically for boards and C-suite leaders, around the decisions leaders actually make about AI: where to invest, what to watch out for, and how to roll it out.

Can you train the rest of our team?

Yes. After the workshop, we can build a custom training program for your whole company, shaped around how your business works.

How many people can attend?

It’s built for your leadership team, so there’s no fixed limit. We’ll set it up around your group.

Can it run in person?

Yes, by arrangement. Get in touch and we’ll work out the details. Otherwise, it runs online.

What does it cost?

Get in touch and we’ll talk through what you need.

Is the program online?

Yes. Every session runs online and live.

What if I can’t make a session?

Every session is recorded, so you can catch up any time.

What will I need?

A paid subscription to an AI assistant, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. The basic paid plan is enough, but the free version won’t be. We use Claude in the sessions, but any of the major ones will work. You’re welcome to bring your own work, or follow along with our examples.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Some modules also run as standalone masterclasses, and your first one is offered at no cost.

How often does it run?

A new group starts every month. Each one runs for four weeks, with sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. It’s designed for people without a technical background. If you can describe what you want, you can learn to build it.

Do I have to do all three sessions?

Not at all. Each session is booked individually, so you choose how far to take it. If a polished website is your goal, the first two sessions cover it.

Which tools will I need?

The program is not tied to any one tool. Expect roughly $25–50 per month for tool subscriptions. [I NEED TO ADD: specific tools needed]

What will I make?

Your own website, then a working web tool built from it, such as an internal tool for your team.

What if something breaks while I build?

We show you how to find and fix problems as you build, so you’re not stuck when something goes wrong.
